Funerals and burial of ashes

St Mary's Beddington.

We are happy to take the funerals of those who have lived in St Mary’s parish or who have had a connection with the church during their life. Please ask your funeral directors to contact the Rector of St Mary’s while you are arranging the funeral.

St Mary’s churchyard is in a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by Beddington Park. Many people would like to make this their final resting place. The churchyard is closed for burials; however there are limited spaces available to bury or pour ashes of parishioners or members of the congregation in the area designated for this purpose. Ashes are interred in a designated plot, but memorial stones etc. are not permitted for any new burials. If you would like to find out more about this please speak to your funeral director.
